Why I Like This Company
I started working exclusively with Karen Daily at Ekko Title in 2021, during the COVID pandemic.
In Virginia, buyers can choose their own title company, but after witnessing a few disorganized or unresponsive title offices (especially when I represented sellers), I became extremely selective.
As a former CPA, I take data privacy seriously. There are bad actors out there attempting to steal Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs) or redirect wire transfers. That’s why I choose to work with a company that shares my values for professionalism, confidentiality, and security.
