Welcome to Selma Estates

Selma Estates is a community of 275 single-family homes located about 5 miles north of the Town of Leesburg and west of Route 15. The Hamlets at Selma Estates are built on half-acre lots and The Ridges at Selma Estates are built on 10+ acre homesites all featuring Stanley Martin Homes. Selma Estates Real Estate is in high demand due to it's closeness to Leesburg and yet it's amazingly rural settings.

​Selma Estates features a community club house and pool also. This makes Selma Estates real estate in high demand as a "rural" community with "traditional" neighborhood amenities. While turnover is low, there are a number of Selma homes for sale every quarter. Recently sales prices range from $900K to $1.1M.
