One of the first Realtor videos I published was a Raspberry Falls drone fly over video showing off this wonderful neighborhood. That was over 5 years ago, and there have been quite a few updates since then! So, here's your official Raspberry Falls Amenities Update for 2021!
The Raspberry Falls community is home to the Raspberry Falls Golf & Hunt club! Membership with the Golf club is completely separate and not required if you live here, but there are discounts for home owners.
As a Gary Player golf course, it's often considered one of the best public golf courses in Northern Virginia. Over the past two years, the golf course renovated 7 of the holes with new or updated bunkers, and also updated it's clubhouse with new amenities and updated interiors. There are 5 more bunkers still to be renovated as well as some of the putting greens.
The Raspberry Falls Home Owners Association club house was also renovated with brand new bathrooms as well as updated decking and chairs. The HOA puts on a pool party once or twice a year, and it's a great amenity to bring the neighborhood together.
They also updated the tennis courts with a brand new surface which is supposed to be amazing to play on, done by Bishop Tennis. While I'm not a tennis player, some of my friends play and they have said the new surface is amazing!
Raspberry Falls is a great place to live (I call it home!), whether you are into golfing, tennis, lounging by the pool, or just hanging out and going for a walk, this really is a beautiful community.
